Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je proces pripreme i provedbe energetskog pregleda višestambene zgrade te prikazan izgled tog energetskog certifikata. To je zakonom propisan dokument kojim se prikazuju energetska svojstva zgrade ili određenog dijela zgrade. Za samu izradu energetskog certifikata koristili smo podatke prikupljene energetskim pregledom. Za provedbu proračuna koristili smo program Knauf Insulation Expert Plus, službeni alat za proračun i izradu energetskih certifikata u Hrvatskoj. Cilj ovog rada je upoznati se sa cijelim procesom izrade energetskih certifikata te predložiti odgovarajuće mjere za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti zgrade.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the process of preparation and implementation of an energy audit of a multi-residential building and shows the layout of that energy certificate. It is a legally prescribed document that shows the energy properties of a building or a certain part of a building. For the making of the energy certificate itself, we used the data collected by the energy audit. The calculations were done using the Knauf Insulation Expert Plus program, the official tool for calculation and production of energy certificates in Croatia. The aim of this paper is to get acquainted with the entire process of creating the energy certificate and to suggest appropriate measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building.
