Abstract | Prilikom pojave krize u poslovanju važnu ulogu u traženju njenog izvora i rješenja ima krizni menadžment, čiji tim čini skupina stručnih ljudi koja je upućena u poslovanje poduzeća. Kriznom timu, nakon njegova stvaranja, su potrebne sve informacije koje može dobiti o radu poduzeća, problemima s kojim se suočavaju i potencijalnim rizicima. Stoga je potrebno napraviti dubinsku analizu poduzeća kako bi se uhvatilo u koštac s krizom. Sve radnje kriznog menadžmenta su usmjerene prema pronalasku izvora i rješenja krizne situacije. Prilikom toga poduzeće nastoji proći kroz krizu uz što manje štetnih posljedica, te osigurati nesmetan rast i razvoj. Pojava krize u poduzećima nije rijedak slučaj, ali je potrebno znati kako se nositi s takvom situacijom. Taj problem je 2017. godine imao koncern Agrokor, u kojem su se problemi u poslovanju javili prije 2017. godine, no razvoj krize je tada bio na vrhuncu. Kroz preuzimanje raznih poduzeća u svoje vlasništvo vlasnik Agrokora, Ivica Todorić, je stvarao gubitke na svom računu koji su se zanemarivali, sve dok kriza koncerna nije postala prijetnja za gospodarstvo cijele države. Takva situacija dovela je do donošenja novog zakona tzv. Lex Agrokora kojim se mijenja vodstvo nad Agrokorom i njime počinje upravljati izvanredna uprava, koja je trebala ispraviti sve loše odluke donesene od prethodnog vodstva. Uz pomoć tog zakona i promjene uprave podmiruju se obveze prema dobavljačima, bankama i suradnicima čime osposobljavaju koncern za ponovni rad. No unatoč tome, Agrokor je 2022. godine izbrisan iz Sudskog registra čime on prestaje postojati. |
Abstract (english) | When a crisis occurs in business, an important role in searching for its source and solution is played by crisis management, whose team consists of a group of experts who are familiar with the company's operations. The crisis team, after its creation, needs all the information it can get about the work of the company, the problems they face and potential risks, that's why when fighting a crisis it is necessary to do a in-depth analysis of the company. All actions of crisis management are aimed at finding the source and solution of the crisis situation, so that the company has as few consequences as possible and is enabled to further growth and development. The emergence of a crisis in companies is not a rare case, but it is necessary to know how to deal with such situation. In 2017, the Agrokor conglomerate had this problem, in which business problems appeared before 2017, but the development of the crisis was at its peak then. By taking over various companies, the owner of Agrokor, Ivica Todorić, created losses on his account that were ignored, until the crisis threatened the economy of the entire country. Such a situation led to the adoption of a new law, Lex Agrokor, which changes the management of Agrokor and starts managing it by an extraordinary administration, which was supposed to correct all the bad decisions made by the previous management. With the help of this law and the change of management, the expenses are returned to suppliers, banks and associates, which enables the conglomerate to work again, but despite this, Agrokor was deleted from the Court Register in 2022., which means that it ceases to exist. |
