Abstract
Pojam izaslanih radnika obuhvaća široko područje o kojem se može mnogo pisati te koje se može potkrijepiti s različitim primjerima, a koji se posebice odnose na obvezne doprinose kroz 2023. godinu. Međutim, unatoč činjenici što se ovaj rad koncentrira na osnovne karakteristike koje izaslani radnici sadržavaju, ovaj rad također obrađuje teme tko su uopće izaslani radnici, obveze poslodavca ako upućuje radnika na rad u inozemstvo, izaslani radnici u državama članicama Europske unije, izaslani radnici u državama koje nisu članice Europske unije, ali s kojima Republika Hrvatska primjenjuje ugovore o socijalnom osiguranju i izaslani radnici u zemljama trećeg svijeta. Rad posebice obrađuje plaćanje doprinosa izaslanih radnika kao i njihovo oporezivanje. Naglasak rada stavljen je na položaj izaslana radnika u 2023. godini zbog pristupanja Republike Hrvatske Eurozoni, odnosno uvođenja Eura kao službene valute.
Abstract (english)
Posted workers is a subject that can be written about a lot and that we can support with many different examples related to mandatory contributions through the year 2023. However, despite this, this paper concentrates on the basic characteristics of posted workers. Topics such as who are the posted workers, the employer's obligations if he sends the worker to work abroad, the posting of workers to EU member states, the posting of workers to countries that are not EU members, but with which Croatia applies social security contracts, will be covered, as this is exceptional important topic, and sending workers to third countries. It is important to mention the payment of contributions to these workers as well as their taxation. Emphasis was placed on posted workers for 2023 due to the introduction of a new currency in the Republic of Croatia, namely the Euro.
