Abstract
U radu će se opisati prednosti iskorištavanja energije vjetra s naglaskom na Republiku Hrvatsku. Također, iznijeti će se socijalni i ekonomski aspekti izgradnje vjetroparkova. Utjecaji mogu biti negativni poput pojačanih razina buke, treperenja sjene, ugrožavanja flore i faune ili narušavanja vizualnog izgleda krajolika. Cilj ovog rada je predložiti postupke kojima će se minimizirati negativni utjecaji. Pozitivni aspekti iskorištavanja energije vjetra uključuju priljev novca u proračune kroz naknada koje vlasnici vjetroelektrana plaćaju. Shodno potrebama vjetroelektrana otvaraju se radna mjesta te izgradnja prometne i energetske infrastrukture. Na kraju, prihvaćanje projekata vjetroelektrana treba uskladiti kroz sve ekonomske i socijalne aspekte.
Abstract (english)
This paper will describe the advantages of exploitation wind energy with an emphasis on the Republic of Croatia. In paper will also be presented social and economic aspects of wind farm construction. Negative impacts may include increased noise levels, shadow flicker, destruction of flora and fauna, or disruption of the visual landscape. The aim of this paper is to propose measures to minimize negative impacts. Positive aspects of wind energy exploitation include the inflow of money into budgets through the compensation paid by wind farm owners. For the purposes of wind farms are created job opportunities, as well as the construction of transportation and energy infrastructure. Ultimately, the acceptance of wind farm projects should be balanced across all economic and social aspects.
