Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazan je način konstruiranja industrijske galerije maceracije i vinifikacije. U uvodnom dijelu prikazana je sama konstrukcijska izvedba galerije na kojoj će se odvijati proces maceracije i vinifikacije. Stvarna opterećenja proračunat će se na osnovu težine koju bi galerija trebala nositi te će se na osnovu njih i unutrašnjih sila proračunati potrebna debljina i vrsta profila kao i sam raspored profila. Sve dobivene vrijednosti će se zatim provjeriti, zadovoljavaju li one uistinu potrebnu nosivost i krutost. Tijekom konstruiranja galerije voditi će se pravilima i kriterijima razvoja projektnog zadatka u skladu sa metalnim konstrukcijama. U zadnjem dijelu je prikazana tehnologija oblikovanja i izvedbe svih krucijalnijih dijelova konstrukcije. Sve je popraćeno stvarnom projektnom dokumentacijom te mnogim terenskim slikama kako bi se dobilo na realističnosti samog projekta.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the method of constructing an industrial maceration and vinification gallery is presented. In the introductory part, the construction of the gallery itself, where the maceration and vinification process will take place, is shown. The actual loads will be calculated on the basis of the weight that the gallery should carry, and on the basis of them and the internal forces, the necessary thickness and type of profile will be calculated, as well as the layout of the profile itself. All obtained values will then be checked to see if they truly meet the required load capacity and stiffness. During the construction of the gallery, it will be guided by the rules and criteria of the development of the project task in accordance with the metal constructions. In the last part, the design and performance technology of all the most crucial parts of the structure is presented. Everything is accompanied by real project documentation and many field pictures to gain the realism of the project itself.
