Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje i pojmovno definira ključne aspekte poslovanja i poslovnih odnosa, bez kojih uspješno poslovanje ne bi bilo moguće. Rad naglašava važnost učinkovitog menadžmenta, gdje ključnu ulogu ima menadžer sa svojim znanjem i iskustvom. Poseban fokus je stavljen na različite organizacijske strukture, uključujući funkcionalnu, matričnu i divizijsku strukturu, te njihovu primjenu u praksi. Kroz detaljnu analizu slučaja poduzeća Samsung, rad prikazuje kako divizijska struktura omogućava učinkovitije poslovanje. Također, SWOT analiza otkriva značajan utjecaj ljudskih, financijskih i tehnoloških resursa, koji zajedno sa uspješnom organizacijom poslovanja doprinose stvaranju efikasnog operativnog sustava i prihoda za Samsung.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores and conceptually defines the key aspects of business operations and business relationships, which are essential for successful business performance. The paper emphasizes the importance of effective management, where the manager's knowledge and experience play a crucial role. Special focus is placed on different organizational structures, including functional, matrix, and divisional structures, and their application in practice. Through a detailed case analysis of Samsung, the paper illustrates how the divisional structure enables more efficient business operations. Additionally, a SWOT analysis reveals the significant impact of human, financial, and technological resources, which, along with successful business organization, contribute to creating an efficient operating system and revenue for Samsung.
