Over the past ten years the quality has become a central preoccupation of companies, public companies and non-profit organizations in Europe and even worldwide. Great, perhaps the decisive role in the perception of quality and understanding of the basic settings, quality control, quality assurance and quality management has been played by an international standard ISO 9000. The paper provides a systematic and concise overview of the theoretical knowledge of standardization, the international standard ISO 9001 and the implementation taking place within the Sixt rent a car agency. The goal of each administration is to set up an organization where everyone knows exactly who, who, when, how and where to do it to achieve the plan. The purpose of this paper is to increase awareness and knowledge about management quality systems of all those involved in the work of organizations, especially those who are occupying managerial functions, and show how important this is in an important aspect of daily life and business.
