Entrepreneurial project and business plan elaboration have been explored through a theoretical overview and practical example of the Pulcinella drama-language studio. The first part of the paper addresses the concept and role of an entrepreneurial project, particularly emphasizing the importance of business planning for long-term success and business growth. A detailed analysis of the business plan structure is provided, and various types of business plans are described, including traditional, operational, and strategic, as well as plans for starting and growing a business. The key elements of the entrepreneurial project are elaborated using the example of the Pulcinella drama-language studio, and the operational summary presents information about the investor, the range of services, and market data, along with an overview of all necessary investments, sources of capital, and key performance indicators. Furthermore, the evolution of the entrepreneurial idea is described in detail, products and services are defined, and market and industry analysis is presented using Porter's competitive forces model, focusing on different factors influencing the level of competition in the target markets. The technical-technological description of the project includes information on location, technology, and capacities, along with the calculation of necessary investments in fixed assets and material inputs. The project management and marketing sections encompass information on the legal organizational form of the business, logo creation, and promotion strategies through various media channels. The financial part of the project analyzes the required investments, sources of capital, loan repayment plans, depreciation, and projections of revenue and expenses. At the same time, business performance assessments are presented through liquidity, sensitivity, and profitability analyses. Finally, a business model canvas is also provided, visually integrating all key business components for the Pulcinella drama-language studio project.
