Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje temu dohotka od nesamostalnog rada i njegove specifičnosti. Porez na dohodak od nesamostalnog rada je jedan od izvora poreza na dohodak koji se primjenjuje na prihode koje pojedinac ostvaruje kroz radni odnos kod poslodavca. Time se smatra plaća, poduzetnička plaća i mirovina. Propisan je prema Zakonima Republike Hrvatske koja ima iznimno složen porezni sustav. Obračunava se prema progresivnoj stopi, koja se povećava s povećanjem dohotka. Svrha rada je pružiti dubinski uvid u porez na dohodak te prikazati procese obračuna i isplate plaća. Za kraj, obradit će se specifičnosti koje se odnose na dohodak od nesamostalnog rada kao i njegova prijava plaće putem JOPPD obrasca Poreznoj upravi prema točno definiranim pravilima.
Abstract (english)
This paper addresses the topic of income from employment and its specificities. The tax on income from employment is one of the sources of income tax that is applied to the earnings an individual receives through an employment relationship with an employer. This includes wages, entrepreneurial income, and pensions. It is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, which has an exceptionally complex tax system. The tax is calculated according to a progressive rate, which increases with the rise in income. The purpose of this paper is to provide an in-depth insight into income tax and to demonstrate the processes of calculating and paying wages. Finally, the paper will cover the specificities related to income from employment, as well as the submission of wage reports via the JOPPD form to the Tax Administration according to precisely defined rules.
