Abstract
Ovaj rad istražuje različite aspekte tržišta obveznica, pružajući sveobuhvatan pregled njegove strukture, sudionika, ključnih elemenata, rizika i strategija vezanih uz ulaganje u obveznice. Obveznice su dužnički vrijednosni papiri, odnosno vrsta zajma, pri kojem ulagatelji u obveznice posuđuju novčana sredstva izdavatelju na određeno razdoblje. Međunarodno tržište obveznica sastoji se od raznih sudionika koji igraju ključne uloge u izdavanju, investiranju i posredovanju obveznica. No, ulaganje u obveznice nosi i određene financijske rizike kojih investitori u obveznice moraju biti svjesni te u skladu s njima moraju provesti analizu tržišta na temelju koje će odlučiti o strategiji ulaganja u obveznice.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores various aspects of the bond market, providing a comprehensive overview of its structure, participants, key elements, risks, and investment strategies. Bonds are debt securities, essentially a type of loan where bond investors lend money to the issuer for a specified period. The international bond market comprises various participants who play crucial roles in issuing, investing, and intermediating bonds. However, investing in bonds involves certain financial risks. Bond investors must be aware of these risks and conduct thorough market analysis to decide on their bond investment strategies accordingly.
