Abstract
Mobilna aplikacija za pomoć pri sortiranju otpada omogućuje korisnicima jednostavno sortiranje i odlaganje različite vrste otpada, a također informira korisnike o vrsti otpada. Glavne značajke aplikacije su skeniranje bar kôd ambalaže otpada kako bi se korisnik informirao o vrsti otpada te kako pravilno odložiti isti i prikaz lokacija za odlaganje na Google kartama po vrsti otpada čiji prikaz kontrolira administrator aplikacije. Za korištenje aplikacije potrebno je kreirati korisnički račun te se prijaviti. Za razvoj aplikacije korišten je API first design pristup tj. pri razvoju prvo su implementirane pristupne API točke (engl. Application Programming Interface – API access points). Za implementaciju funkcionalnosti aplikacije (engl. backend) pomoću kojeg su kreirane pristupne točke korišteni su razvojni okviri Express i Node koji su bazirani na JavaScript jeziku. Podaci sa klijenta se pomoću pristupnih točaka spremaju i dohvaćaju iz SQLite baze podataka. DB Browser for SQLite vizualno sučelje je korišteno za kreiranje baze podataka. Mobilna aplikacija kreirana je korištenjem Android studio razvojnog alata uz pomoć Java programskog jezika, za Android uređaje te za pohranu i dohvat podataka koristi kreirane pristupne točke.
Abstract (english)
Application for assistance in waste sorting allows users to easily sort and dispose of different types of waste and informs users about the type of waste. The main features of the application are scanning waste packaging to inform the user about how to properly dispose of it, and a Google Maps display of disposal places by type of waste, controlled by the application administrator. To use the application, user needs to create an account and log into the application. For the development of the application the API first design approach was used, which means that the API access points were implemented first. Express and Node development frameworks, which are based on the JavaScript programming language, were used to implement functionality and create access points. Data from client is received and sent through access points into SQLite database. DB Browser for SQLite tool was used to create the database. Mobile application for Android devices was created using Android studio development environment and Java programming language. For storing and retrieving data, Android client uses created access points.
