Abstract
S obzirom da je danas velika većina ljudi u radnom odnosu, ta za to primaju određenu naknadu, odnosno plaću, u puno slučajeva se dešava da je ta naknada iznimno mala. Razlog tome je u većini slučajeva nemogućnost rada zbog određenih zdravstvenih problema, životnih tragedija i slično. Zbog toga se nastoji određenim zakonima zaštititi prava radnika kako njihova egzistencija ne bi bila ugrožena u tim životnim nedaćama. U ovom radu će biti prikazani osnovni pojmovi koji se odnose na dohodak od nesamostalnog rada, kao i situacije kada se isplaćuje naknada plaće čiji je iznos niži od minimalne plaće, te je potrebno primijeniti najnižu mjesečnu osnovicu.
Abstract (english)
Considering that today the vast majority of people are employed and receive a certain remuneration, that is a salary, in many cases it happens that this remuneration is extremely low. The reason for this is in the most cases the inability to work due to certain health problems, life tragedies and similar. For this reason, it seeks to protect the rights of workers throught certain laws so that their existence is not endangered in these troubles of life. This paper presents the basic concepts related on income from individual work, as wel as situations where a salary compensations is paid that is lower than the minimum wage, and the monthly base is reguired.
