Abstract
U završnom radu sadržana je analiza voznog okna (metalne konstrukcije) dizala s naglaskom na proračun opterećenja te dimenzioniranje glavnih elemenata konstrukcije. Prikazana je analiza opterećenja, po normama korištenih materijala te dimenzioniranja voznog okna. Po normi preuzeti T-profil od čelika koristi se za vodilice te mora zadovoljiti više zahtjeva konstrukcije. Za stup protuutega izabran je UPE- profil dok je za gredu protuutega izabran SHS profil te su i oni podvrgnuti sigurnosnom proračunu. Svi materijali i opterećenja su izabrani po Europskim standardima za dizala kako bi se osigurala dugovječnost i sigurnost sustava. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati postupak analize i dimenzioniranja svih ključnih elemenata voznog okna osobnog dizala, ali i prikazati koliko je bitno koristiti standardizirane materijale i profile zbog maksimalne sigurnosti dizala.
Abstract (english)
The thesis presents a detailed analysis of the elevator shaft's metal structure, with a focus on load calculations and the dimensioning of its main components. It includes a comprehensive study of load-bearing capacities, the materials used according to the standards, and the dimensioning of the elevator shaft. A steel T-profile, selected based on relevant standards, is used for the guide rails, which must meet various structural requirements. For the counterweight system, a UPE profile was chosen for the post, while an SHS profile was selected for the counterweight beam, both subjected to a rigorous safety assessment. All materials and loads were selected in accordance with these standards, guaranteeing the longevity and safety of the system. The main goal of the thesis is to illustrate the process of analysing and dimensioning the key components of a passenger elevator shaft while emphasizing the critical importance of using standardized materials and profiles to ensure maximum elevator safety.
