Improving communication between people brings developing a communication process between companies and potential customers. As much as communication between people has evolved, so has communication between companies and potential customers. Businesses are provided with various promotional channels online, so a person who is registered on Facebook or Twitter often receives ads for products that interest them. Internet automatically selects ads from all companies that have similar or the same products. The main problem with the Internet is that private information is easily accessible and can be missused.
