Abstract
U ovom radu pobliže će se objasniti načini, postupci i primjeri obračuna poreza na dodanu vrijednost (PDV-a) u sustavu Republike Hrvatske. Rad je sastavljen u tri glavne cjeline. U uvodu se ukratko navodi što je porez, posebno porez na dodanu vrijednost, kada je uveden u Republiku Hrvatsku i koje stope PDV-a su zastupljene u poreznom sustavu Republike Hrvatske. U 1. cjelini ukratko su predstavljene vrste poreza koji se primjenjuju u Republici Hrvatskoj. U 2. cjelini se navodi tko je obveznik poreza na dodanu vrijednost. Propisuju se načini, razdoblja te mjesto oporezivanja, unutar Europske Unije i izvan nje. Između ostalog navedene su i stope oporezivanja te razlozi oslobođenja od poreza. Objašnjeno je što je PDV identifikacijski broj, povrat PDV-a. U zadnjoj cjelini prikazane su posebne evidencije koje se vode kod obračuna PDV-a.
Abstract (english)
This labor shows ways, procedures and examples of calculation of value added tax (VAT) as part of tax system in the Republic of Croatia. The labor is divided into the three main whole. The introduction briefly describes the tax, especially the added tax, when it was introduced in the Republic of Croatia and the VAT rate. In the first section are represented type of taxes into the tax system of the Republic of Croatia. The following section describes who is a taxpayer of value added tax. There are prescribed ways, periods and place of taxations into the European Union and beyond. Besides that it quotes what are the tax rates, and who can be exempted of that. There is also explained what the VAT identification number is, tax exemption. In the last section are shown special evidences which are been mandatory in case of tax calculations.
