Abstract
Poduzetništvo se može izraziti kao spremnost pojedinca ili više pojedinaca, polaganjem temeljnog kapitala i svjesno preuzimanje rizika uz određenu neizvjesnost započnu poslovni pothvat sa ciljem ostvarivanja profiti. Mnogi poduzetnici puno imaju nejasnoća koji je najbolji oblik za početak poslovanja. Dva osnovna oblika poduzetništva su obrt i trgovačka društva. Pri odabiru između dva oblika poduzetništva najvažnije je poznavati prava i obaveze koje slijede sa takvim tipom poslovanja. Je li bolje svoj poslovni poduhvat započeti kao obrtnik? Krenuti sa malim biznisom za početak, imajući na umu da je veći rizik od propasti ili kao trgovačko društvo koje je više formalnije, za razliku od obrta i snosi manji rizik od propasti, ali zahtjeva veća ulaganja.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship can be expressed as the willingness of individual or few individuals, into business venture by laying the share capital and consciously take risks with some uncertainty start a with the aim of achieving profits. Many entrepreneurs have a lot of ambiguities about what is the best way to start a business. Two basic forms of entrepreneurship are crafts and companies. When choosing between two forms of entrepreneurship is most important to know the rights and obligations arising from such type of operations. Is it better to start your business venture as a craftsman ? Start off with a small business for beginning, bearing in mind that the higher the risk of failure or as a company that is more formal, as opposed to crafts and bears a lower risk of collapse, but requires greater investment.
