In this paper, „The impact of leadership styles on business results“, the subject of analizing are existing theories and models of leadership, which are the ways of influence in organization. The paper is written with the purpose of linking leadership with the notion of manager, elaborating terms that relate to aspects of the leader and what actually makes the leader good. Existing leadership styles were analyzed as a basis for linking their influences to the business and all participants in the process. Each is marked by segments that make it desirable or undesirable for choosing a style for a particular leadership model. Such consequences are manifested at it's best, some are directly related to the financial outcome of the business, as well as the putcome outcome that is related to the behavior of participants and people by understanding the whole process of leadership. The paper analyzes some of the leadership styles, their influences on the organization, as well as the charactetistics and qualities of a good leader and what it means to have that kind of person in business.
