Abstract
Troškovi su sastavni dio studije izvedivosti projekta, stoga procjena troškova predstavlja obavezni dio aplikacijske dokumentacije velikih projekata koji se financiraju iz fondova EU. Analiza troškova osigurava dosljednu proceduru za procjenu odluka u smislu njihovih posljedica, te služi za specificiranje troškova koji čine proračun projekta. Izrada proračuna opsežna je i relativno komplicirana aktivnost, no nužna u izradi svake projektne aplikacije odnosno prijedloga projekta. Kao i projektni prijedlog, proračun treba biti izrađen na način da su troškovi jasni onome tko prvi put čita projekt ili samo njegov proračun.
Abstract (english)
Costs are an integral part of the project feasibility study, therefore cost estimation is a mandatory part of the application documentation of major EU funded projects. Cost analysis provides a consistent procedure for evaluating decisions in terms of their consequences, and serves to specify the costs that make up the project budget. Budgeting is an extensive and relatively complicated activity, but necessary in the design of each project application or project suggestion. Like a project suggestion, the budget should be designed in such a way that the costs are clear to the first-time reader of the project or just its budget.
