Abstract
U ovom radu prikazati će se dionica kao i sama definicija dionica. Dionica predstavlja udjel u dioničkom kapitalu poduzeća, odnosno vlasništvo. Dioničar postotkom udjela posjeduje u poduzeću, u odnosu s postotkom držanih dionica. Glavne vrste dionica su dvije: redovne i povlaštene. Razlika između te dvije vrste dionica su prava koja vlasnik stječe kupovinom tih dionica. Dionice su dugoročni vrijednosni papir te mu je osnovna karakteristika da vlasnik dionice ostvaruje dividendu, odnosno, isplatu profita društva kojeg je ulagač dijelom vlasnik. Dionice imaju mogućnost postajanja kao kupoprodajni predmet na burzama, odnosno tržištima kapitala. Za vrednovanje dionica potrebno je poznavati pojmove kao što su fer vrijednost, nominalna, tržišta ili knjigovodstvena vrijednost. Cijenu dionica određuje ponuda i potražnja.
Abstract (english)
This work will present the stock as well as the definition of the stock itself. A stock represents a share in the shareholding company, ie ownership. A shareholder holds a percentage of shares in the shareholding company, concerning the percentage of shares held. The main types of shares: common and preferred. The difference between these two types of stocks is the rights that the owner acquires by purchasing these shares. Stocks are long-term security and its basic characteristic is that the owner of the share receives a dividend, ie the payment of the company's profit, which the investor is partly the owner of. Shares have the possibility of becoming a subject of sale on stock exchanges, ie capital markets. To value stocks, it is necessary to know terms such as fair value, nominal value, markets, or book value. The share price is determined by the offer and demand.
