Abstract
U ovom radu prikazati će se izvori financiranja malog i srednjeg poduzetništva (SME), obuhvatiti će se sama problematika njihova financiranja kao i primjeri najčešćih izvora financiranja malih i srednjih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj. Financiranje je jedan od najvažnijih faktora svakog poduzeća, no oni često imaju velike probleme pri pristupu financijskim sredstvima, a posebice poduzeća u start-up fazi. Sektor malih i srednjih poduzeća ima značajno najveći udio u cjelokupnom broju poduzeća u RH (99,7%), no isti slučaj je i u većini zemalja svijeta. U razdoblju od 2014. do 2018. godine zabilježen je trend rasta ukupnog broja poduzeća za 9,2% u 2018. godini u odnosu na prethodnu. Gotovo tri četvrtine svih zaposlenih u poslovnim subjektima u RH zapošljava sektor mikro, malih i srednjih poduzeća (72,2%). Mala i srednja poduzeća imaju važnu ulogu u razvoju svake zemlje, a ponajviše Republike Hrvatske budući da su najzastupljeniji sektor poduzeća u Hrvatskom gospodarstvu. Oni čine kralježnicu našeg gospodarstva.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows small and medium enterprises (SME) financing sources, all the issues of its financing and the examples of most common financing sources of SME in the Republic of Croatia will be covered. Financing is one of the most important factors in every enterprise, but they usually have a big access problem to financial resources, especially start-up enterprises. The SME sector has by far the largest share in the number of enterprises in Republic of Croatia (99,7%), as it is in most of other countries of the world. In the period from 2014. to 2018. a growth trend has been recorded in the total number of enterprises which is 9,2% in 2018. compared to last year. Almost three quarters of all employees in business entities in Croatia are being employed by micro, small and medium enterprises (72,2%). SME have an imporat part in the development of each country, but especially in Croatia since they are the most represented enterprise sector in the Croatian economy. They are the backbone of our economy.
