Abstract
Pametna brojila električne energije i napredne pametne mreže su promijenili klasični način mjerenja i nadzora u energetskim mrežama. Njihovom implementacijom omogućena je dvosmjerna komunikacija, te niz prednosti za distributera električne energije i krajnjeg korisnika. Razvojem telekomunikacija omogućena je brža i jednostavnija obrada podataka, te daljinsko upravljanje i nadzor. U radu je opisan razvoj, princip rada i funkcije pametnih brojila električne energije, te njihova implementacija u zemljama Europske Unije.
Abstract (english)
Smart energy meters and advanced smart grids have greatly changed the current way of measuring and monitoring in energy grids. The use of smart meters enabled two-way communication, and a number of advantages for both sides – the electricity distributor and the consumer. The development of telecommunications has enabled faster and simpler data processing, as well as remote control and monitoring. This paper describes the development, working principle and functions of smart energy meters, and their implementation in the countries of European Union.
