Abstract
Tržište je mjesto ponude i potražnje. Svojim karakteristikama i funkcijama teži zadovoljavanju potreba svih tržišnih aktera. Tijekom povijesti su se razvila razmišljanja o slobodi tržišta. Isto implicira pasivnost države prilikom donošenja tržišnih odluka. S obzirom na nedostatke takvog pristupa, interveniranje države je bilo neupitno kako bi se održala te spasila ekonomija. Država koristi različite instrumente i politike prilikom svojih intervencija. Nužna je stručnost te pravi odabir istog. Ekonomiju svjetskog gospodarstva su obilježile razne ekonomske krize koje su ogledni primjer nemogućnosti funkcioniranja tržišta bez državnih mjera. Republika Hrvatska, kao i ostale zemlje svijeta se borila s krizama i isto čini još uvijek sa naznakama progresa u budućnosti. Osnovna težnja za optimizaciju gospodarstva je uskladiti u kojim mjerama je poželjno funkcioniranje države na tržištu kako bi se izbjegli negativni efekti.
Abstract (english)
Market is a place where goods and services are exchanged. With its characteristics and function, market wants to achieve the best for all participants. During the history, theory of free market was developed. Because of disadvantages of that theory, involement of government was necessary. The government use instruments and different kind of economic politic. It is necessary to use right kind of it to prevent endangering economy. World economy has experienced multiple crisis and those are the best examples showing the impossibility of functionating markets without involvment of government. Croatia, like all countries worldwide had a battle with crisis and it is still dealing with its consequences. The majoy tendency for the progress of the economy is harmonization of markets and government to avoid negative effects.
