Abstract
Ideja završnog rada je izrada sustava za samostalan, online upis studenata u višu godinu studija kontroliranog od strane djelatnika fakulteta. Sustav kao takav bi bio od pomoći svim djelatnicima pa tako i studentima da se izbjegnu nepotrebne gužve, dolasci i moguće greške tijekom ispisivanja upisnih lista. Web aplikacija se sastoji od dva dijela: administratorski i korisnički koji se dijeli na studentski i profesorski dio. Za glavnu funkcionalnost, zahtjev za upis u višu godinu studija, razmatraju se uvjeti upisa pojedinog kolegija te status studenta. Profesor ima prava dodijeljivanja kolegija, te ažuriranja statusa i ocjena svog kolegija. Student ima prava izrade zahtjeva za upis u višu godinu te mogućnost izbora mentora za završni rad. Administratorski dio, koji predstavlja sustav, ima prava upravljanja bazom profesora, studenata i predmeta, provođenje upisa u prvu i odobrenja upisa u višu godinu.
Abstract (english)
The idea is to create a system which provides students to enroll themselves in a new semester. Except for students, it will be helpful for all college employees to avoid unnecessary crowds and reduce possible paperwork errors related to enrollment documentation. It is a web application consisting of administrator's and user’s part. Users are divided into professors and students. For the main feature, the enrollment request, student status and course requirements are considered as a mandatory. Professors have permissions to assign course to themselves, grade and status update for certain course. The student has permission to create an enrollment request and selection of a final exam mentor. The administrator has permission to handle data from database, assign student at college, approve enrollment request for the next semester.
