Abstract
U završnom radu analizirano je uvijanje štapova okruglog i neokruglog poprečnog presjeka. Prikazano je kako se posmično naprezanje na štapovima okruglog poprečnog presjeka, po kružnom presjeku linearno mijenja te dostiže svoj maksimum na vanjskoj površini, a suprotno tome naprezanje u prizmatičnim oblicima u najudaljenijim točkama, vrhovima, biti će nula. Ukazalo se da pri deformacijama štapova kružnog poprečnog presjeka, poprečni presjeci ostanu ravni i okomiti na uzdužnu os štapa, ali i da te teorije ne vrijede kod neokruglih štapova. Uz riješene primjere zadataka za različite vrste štapova pri uvijanju, spominje se i mogućnost digitalnog testiranja šipki na uređaju za ispitivanje torzije. Dvije osovine različitog materijala su testirane. Dimenzioniranje štapova izvršeno je prema uvjetu čvrstoće i krutosti.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper, the torsion of circular and non-circular bars was analysed. It is shown that the shear stress on bars of round cross-section changes linearly along the circular cross-section and reaches its maximum on the outer surface, while the stress in prismatic bars at the most distant points, the vertices, will be zero. It has been pointed out that in the case of deformations of bars of circular cross - section, the cross - sections remain straight and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bar, but also that these theories do not apply to non - circular rods. In addition to the solved examples of tasks for different types of torsion bars, the possibility of digital testing of bars on a torsion testing device is also mentioned. Two axles of different materials were tested. The sizing of the bars was performed according to the condition of strength and stiffness.
