Abstract
Obrt je samostalno i trajno obavljanje dopuštenih gospodarskih djelatnosti u skladu sa Zakonom. Zakon o obrtu predviđa mogućnost partnerstva u obavljanju obrta te propisuje da dvije ili više fizičkih osoba mogu zajednički obavljati obrt. Međusobni odnosi osoba uređuju se pisanim obvezno pravnim ugovorom o ortaštvu. Zajednički obrt posluje pod zajedničkom tvrtkom. Jedna osoba može biti partner, odnosno ortak u više zajedničkih obrta, s različitim partnerima, a u svrhu obavljanja gospodarske djelatnosti. Ako fizička osoba pristupi u obrt ili istupi iz zajedničkog obrta, obavljanje obrta se može nastaviti.
Abstract (english)
Craft is an independent and permanent performance of permitted economic activities in accordance with the Law. The Law on Craft provides the possibility of partnership in performing crafts and prescribes that two or more natural persons may perform crafts together. The mutual relations of persons are regulated by a wr i tten obligatory legal contract on partnership. The joint venture operates under a joint venture. One person can be a partner, or a partner in several joint trades, with different partners, for the purpose of performing economic activity. If a natural person joins a trade or withdraws from a joint trade, the performance of the trade may continue.
