Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je analiza godišnjih financijskih izvještaja pomoću različitih metoda i pokazatelja koji će pomoći u stvaranju konačnog zaključka o uspješnosti poslovanja određenog trgovačkog društva. Godišnji financijski izvještaji u Hrvatskoj prema Zakonu o računovodstvu su: izvještaj o financijskom položaju (bilanca), račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o novčanom toku, izvještaj o promjenama kapitala, izvještaj o ostaloj sveobuhvatnoj dobiti te bilješke uz financijska izvješća. Svi navedeni izvještaji su zakonski propisani i u skladu su sa standardima financijskog izvještavanja. Kako bi se donio zaključak o tome posluje li trgovačko društvo uspješno ili neuspješno , analizira se bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka te izvještaj o novčanom toku. Analiziranje se provodi putem horizontalne i vertikalne analize, te financijskih pokazatelja pomoću kojih se objašnjava kretanje pojedinih stavki sadržanih u godišnjim financijskim izvještajima. Temeljni financijski pokazatelji koji će se koristiti za analizu Grupe Franck su: pokazatelji likvidnosti, aktivnosti, zaduženosti i profitabilnosti u razdoblju 2017. – 2018. godine. Pokazatelje investiranja u konkretnom primjeru nije moguće napraviti jer je Uprava Zagrebačke burze d.d. 08.svibnja 2016. godine donijela odluku o prestanku trgovanja dionicama Francka (FRNK-R-A). Svi potrebni podaci za provođenje financijske analize Grupe Franck, preuzeti su iz Godišnjih konsolidiranih financijskih izvještaja koji su dostupni na stranicama Fine.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the analysis of the basic financial statements using various methods and indicators that will help us to make a final conclusion about the performance of a particular company. The basic financial statements in Croatia under the Accounting Act are: balance sheet, profit and loss account, statement of cash flows, statement of changes in equity, statement of other comprehensive income and notes to the financial statements. All of these statements are required by law and comply with financial reporting standards. In order to determine whether a company operates successfully or unsuccessfully, the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement are analyzed. The analysis is performed by horizontal and vertical analysis and financial indicators that explain the movements of individual items contained in the financial statements. The basic financial indicators that will be used for the analysis of the Franck Group are: indicators of liquidity, activity, indebtedness and profitability in the period 2017-2018. Indicators of the investigation in the specific example cannot be made because the Management of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d. on May 8, 2016, it made a decision to stop trading in Franck shares (FRNK-R-A). All the necessary data for conducting financial analysis of the Franck Group are taken from the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements which are available on the Fina website.
