Abstract
CT uređaji koji se upotrebljavaju u radiologiji koriste spiralni način snimanja i višeredne nizove detektora koji se nazivaju MDCT (engl. Multidetector computed tomography i /ili MSCT uređajima (engl. Multislice Computed Tomography). Spiralni CT uređaji koristi se tzv. „slip rings“ tehnologijom, što omogućuje kontinuiranu rotaciju u jednom smjeru rtg cijevi i detektora, te se kontinuiranim pomakom stola za vrijeme snimanja generiraju podaci iz snimanog volumena tijela. Danas je ova tehnologija u potpunosti zamjenila sve dosadašnje načine rotacije rtg cijevi i detektora kod CT uređaja. Spiralni višeslojni CT uređaj (engl. Multislice, MSCT) je najnovija vrsta CT uređaja koja sadrži više slojeva detektora koji omogućuju kraće vrijeme snimanja što diretno utječe na dozu zračenja za pacijenta i brzinu snimanja. Prostorna rezolucija ovisi o tehnološkoj razini MSCT uređaja ali nije značajno bolja od tehnološko razvijenih jednoslojnih CT uređaja. Tehnološka razina i razvoj MSCT uređaja značajno doprinose kvaliteti pretraga i radiološkog prikaza dijelova tijela kao i brzini izvođenja pretrage, što je omogućilo uvođenje novih pretraga na CT uređaju kao i naknadnoj obradi slike u 2D, 3D, 4D i 5D prikazu slike.
Abstract (english)
CT radiology devices use a helical recording mode and multilayer array of detectors called Multidetected Computed Tomography (Multidetector Computed Tomography and / or MSCT). Spiral CT devices are used so-called. "Slip rings" technology, allowing continuous rotation in one direction of the rtg tube and detector, and continuous scrolling of the table during recording generates data from the recorded volume of the body. Today, this technology has completely replaced all the current rotation of rtg tubes and detectors at CT devices. Multislice CT (MSCT) is the latest type of CT device that contains multiple layers of detectors that allow shorter recording time, which directly affects the dose of radiation for the patient. Spatial resolution depends on the technological level of MSCT but is not significantly better than technologically advanced single-layer CT devices. The technological level and development of the MSCT device contributes significantly to the quality of the scan and the radiological appearance of the body parts as well as the speed of the scan and exame, enabling the introduction of new CT scan results as well as the subsequent processing of images in 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D image views
