Abstract
U ovom radu prikazat će se važnost i značenje sestrinske dokumentacija koja se vodi u standardnom „papirnatom“ obliku i ona suvremena - elektronička. Obvezni dio sestrinske dokumentacije su sestrinska anamneza, sestrinske dijagnoze i osobitosti o pacijentu, praćenje stanja pacijenta tijekom hospitalizacije i trajno praćenje postupaka, medicinsko-tehnički i dijagnostički postupci, trajno praćenje stanja pacijenta, plan zdravstvene njege, lista provedenih sestrinskih postupaka te otpusno pismo zdravstvene njege. Neophodno je istaknuti da zakonska obveza dokumentiranja ne ostavlja mogućnost izbora medicinskim sestrama mogu li dokumentirati ili ne. Zakonska obveza obvezuje korištenje onih propisa koji su definirani i određuju profesiju. Nije moguće ne voditi dokumentaciju i ostaviti to na slobodnu volju onima koji barataju za pacijenta važnim podacima. KLJUČNE RIJEČI: sestrinska dokumentacija, zakon o sestrinstvu, praćenje pacijenta
Abstract (english)
In this paper it is shown the importance and meaning of nursing documentation that is run in the standard "paper" format and it modern way. Mandatory part of nursing documentation are nursing medical history, nursing diagnosis and characteristics of the patient, monitoring of the patient during hospitalization and permanent monitoring of procedures, medical-technical and diagnostic procedures, permanent monitoring the condition of the patient, the health care plan, the list carried out sister of proceedings and final report of the health care. It is necessary to point out that the legal requirement of documentation leaves no choice to the nurses provide documentation or not. A legal requirement obliges the use of those regulations that are defined and determined by profession. It is not possible avoid documentation, and leave it to the free will of those who handle it to the patient important information. KEYWORDS: nursing documentation, law on nursing, patient monitoring
