Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je korištenje MSCT angiografije u dijagnostici bolesti donjih ekstremiteta. Ovaj rad ukratko opisuje anatomiju i patologiju arterija donjih ekstremiteta. Nadalje, naveden je dijagnostički algoritam kojim se postavlja dijagnoza određenog patološkog stanja i svaka od dijagnostičkih metoda tog algoritma opisana je u kratkim crtama kako bi se kasnije mogle pojedinačno usporediti s MSCT angiografijom. Sama tehnika MSCT angiografije donjih ekstremiteta opisna je detaljno. Objašnjen je utjecaj različitih MSCD skenera i protokola na stvaranje slike kao i značaj „postproccesinga“ u dijagnostici patoloških stanja arterija donjih ekstremiteta. Na kraju, osvrnuli smo se na prednosti i nedostatke dijagnostičkih metoda koje, osim CT angiografije, uključuju ultrazvuk, MR angiografiju i DSA.
Abstract (english)
Premise of this paper is using of MSCT angiography in diagnosing illnesses in the lower extremities. This paper shortly describes anatomy and pathology of arteries in lower extremities. Furthermore, diagnostic algorithm is stated, which is used to determine the diagnosis of specific pathological state and every diagnostic method from that algorithm is explained briefly, so it can be individually determined later with MSCT angiography. Techique of MSCT angiography itself is detaily expleind. The affect of different MSCT scanners and protocols of reproducing of picture, as well as value of postproccesing is described. At the end we looked back at the advantages and disandvantages in diagnostic methods that, besides CT angiography include ultrasound, MR angiography and DSA.
