Abstract
Lumbalni bolni sindrom kod djece sportaša treba shvatiti ozbiljno jer je upravo bol u donjem dijelu leđa sve češća pritužba mladih sportaša. Takva bol većinom je posljedica strukturalne ozljede koja zahtjeva da se dijagnosticira i liječi na odgovarajući način. Povezana je sa sportovima kod kojih postoje ponavljajući pokreti kao što su ekstenzija i fleksija, te rotacije, i zbog toga se najčešće javlja kod djece koja treniraju gimnastiku, judo, ples ili nogomet. Pojavljuju se akutne ozljede i ozljede koje nastaju kao posljedica prenaprezanja. Mladim sportašima s bolovima u donjem dijelu leđa treba se posvetiti i u potpunosti istražiti njihov problem jer oni imaju puno veću vjerojatnost da će doći do strukturalnih promjena kralježnice. Liječenje se mora bazirati na povratak snage i održavanje fleksibilnosti mišića i zglobova kralježnice. Kako bi to postigli, koristimo se raznim rehabilitacijskim postupcima kao što su kineziterapija, elektroterapija i terapijske vježbe. Povratak sportu trebao bi biti postepeni proces, jednom kada se bol riješi i sportaš povrati punu snagu.
Abstract (english)
Low back pain in young athletes is a common complaint and should be taken seriously. It frequently results from a structural injury that requires a high degree of suspicion to diagnose and treat appropriately. Low back pain is associated with sports involving repetitive extension, flexion, and rotation, such as gymnastics, judo, dance and soccer. Both acute and overuse injuries occur, although overuse injuries are more common. Young athletes who presents with low back pain are more likely to have structural injuries and therefore should be investigates fully. Treatment should address flexibility and muscle imbalances. Injuries can be prevented by recognizing and addressing risk factors. In order to achive that we are using all kinds of physiotherapy procedures, such as kinesiotherapy, electrotherapy and therapeutic exercises. Return to sport should be a gradual process once the pain has resolved and the athlete has regained full strenght.
