OBJECTIVE: To evaluate an influence of constitution factors of patients on the DRL, comparing to final results with recommendes levels of international and national expert organizations. METHODS: In the sample of 34 patients, we staticstically procceded factors: age, gender, height and weight according to which the value of CTDI is being determined, injected activity in Mbq and activities according to kilogram of body mass. We also compared values of CTDI and activities with dependance on BMI factor. RESULTS: Patients with stronger body constitution had heigher obtained middle values and span wich are being used to determinate DRL. To achieve a nice quallity pictures from heavier patients, it is recommended to regulate extrinsic parameters of CT protocol, to increase a dose of injected radiopharmaceutical, or to extend aquisition time. Results of this research are very similar to those who have been published already. CONCLUSION: The constitution parameters of a pacient are affecting on the evaluation dose, and along with that, on the DRL establishment itself.
