Abstract
Anaerobna digestija (AD) se smatra održivom opcijom za gosopdarenje otpadnom biomasom zbog proizvodnje obnovljive energije i recikliranja nutrijenata. Općenito, anaerobna digestija obuhvača hidrolizu, acidogenezu, acetogenezu i metanogenezu, a svaki metabolički stupanj je u funkciji aktivosti mikroorganizama. Hidroliza je stupanj koji najviše ograničava brzinu procesa. Na proces anaerobne digestije utječu mnogi kemijski i fizikalni čimbenici poput ukupne količine krute tvari, ukupne količine hlapivih tvari, sadržaj ugljika i dušika i njihov omjer (C/N), temperatura, pH, tragovi metala. Anaerobna digestija je jedan od najobećavajućih procesa zbog energetske pretvorbe organskog otpada i očekuje se da će se početi koristiti na globalnoj razini zbog njegovog doprinosa okolišu i energetske učinkovitosti.Ko-digestija različitih vrsta biootpada je bila diskutirana u mnogim istraživačkim radovima, zbog njene mogućnosti povećanja proizvodnje bioplina i poboljšanja stabilnosti anaerobnog sustava.
Abstract (english)
Anaerobic digestion (AD) is considered as a sustainable option for the management of biomass wastes because the production of renewable energy and the recycling of nutrients. Generally, anaerobic digestion can be classified into hydrolysis, acidogenesis, acetogenesis and methanogenisis, each metabolic stage is functioned by a series of microorganisms. Hydrolysis is the most rate limiting stage. Anaerobic digestion process is influenced by many chemical and physical parameters such as the Total Content of Solids (TS), the Total Content of Volatile Solids (TVS), the Carbon and Nitrogen Content and their ratio C/N, temperature and pH, the trace metals, such as nickel and cobalt. Anaerobic digestion (AD) is one of the more promissing processes because of energetic transformation of organic waste, and expected to become global utilised because of its environmental contribution, and energy benefits. Codigestion of different types of biowastes has been discussed in many references due to its potential of increasing biogas output and improving stability of anaerobic system.
