Abstract
Već dulje vrijeme, interes znanstvenih istraživanja je pronalazak novih puteva za reakcije koje bi dale veća iskorištenja u umjerenim uvjetima, sa smanjenim brojem sintetskih stupnjeva i nadasve ekološki prihvatljive. Aktivacija mikrovalnim zračenjem kao nekonvencionalnim energetskim izvorom doprinosi značajnom ubrzanju širokog spektra organskih reakcija s nizom prednosti zelenog procesa u odnosu na konvencionalne metode. Istraživanja u okviru ovog rada obuhvaćaju mikrovalnu sintezu i karakterizaciju novog derivata γ-pirona, spoja za kojeg se pretpostavlja da bi mogao biti od biološke i farmakološke važnosti. Detaljno poznavanje molekularne strukture tog spoja u kristalu i otopini omogućava praćenje i objašnjenje mehanizama kemijskih realnih i modelnih sustava. U tu svrhu rabile su se spektroskopske metode (IR, 1H–NMR,13C–NMR, UV/Vis) i rentgenska strukturna analiza. Dobiveni rezultati doprinose napretku „zelene kemije“, razumijevanju slaganja molekula derivata –pirona u kristalnoj ćeliji i utjecaju otapala na njihova elektronska stanja.
Abstract (english)
The interest of present researches is finding new reaction more selective pathways, with greater efficiency in the moderate reaction conditions, with reduced number of steps, and, environmentally friendly. Activation by microwave radiation as a non conventional energy source contributes to significant acceleration of a wide range of organic reactions increases the conversion and selectivity. This paper includes the „green” synthesis and characterization of new derivative of γ- pyrone which is assumed to be of biological and pharmacological importance. The knowledge of its detailed molecular structure and its behavior in crystal and solution enables the understanding of mechanism of both real and model chemical systems. For this purpose, spectroscopic methods (IR, 1H–NMR, 13C–NMR, UV/Vis) and X–ray structural analysis were used. Experimental results contribute to advancements in „green chemistry”, better understanding of γ -pyrone derivatives crystal structure packing, as well as solvent effect on their ground and excited electron states.
