Abstract
Upalne bolesti crijeva (engl. inflammatory bowel diseases – IBD) su kronične, imunosne te idiopatske bolesti probavnog sustava. Cilj ovog rada bio je putem pisane ankete prikupiti podatke i obraditi ih u svrhu rezultata prehrambenih preferencija osoba oboljelih od upalnih bolesti crijeva te dobiti uvid u njihovo stanje nakon postavljene dijagnoze. Utvrđeno je da najveći broj oboljelih eliminaciju namirnica utvrđuje eliminacijskom dijetom, neki osluškujuće simptome dok najmanji broj iskustvom. Malo oboljelih izbacuje cijele skupine namirnica, a one koje su najčešće eliminirane su skupina voća i skupina mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda. Svaki oboljeli eliminira barem neku namirnicu iz svake skupine, a najčešće eliminirane namirnice su mahunarke, salata, kupus i cvjetača, svježe i neoguljeno voće, mlijeko, suhomesnati proizvodi i svinjetina.
Abstract (english)
Inflammatory bowel disease (engl. inflammatory bowel diseases - IBD) are chronic, immune and idiopathic diseases of the digestive system. The aim of this study was to collect data via written survey to collect data and analyze them in order to determine food preferences of people with inflammatory bowel disease and gain insight into their condition after the diagnosis. It was found that the largest number of patients eliminates food using elimination diets, some of them monitoring symptoms and few by experience. Only a small number of patients excludes the entire group of food, and ones that are usually eliminated are group of fruit and group of milk and dairy products. Any ill eliminates at least some food from each group, and most eliminated foods are beans, lettuce, cabbage and cauliflower, fresh and unpeeled fruit, milk, cured meats and pork.
