Abstract
Pulpa šećerne repe ne sadrži dovoljno fermentabilnih šećera za biotehnološku proizvodnju etanola, stoga je za proizvodnju bioetanola pulpu potrebno predobraditi. Postupak predobrade proveden je termičkom, kemijskom i enzimskom hidrolizom. Nakon odabira postupka predobrade optimizirana je koncentracija enzima (celulaza, pektinaza i proteaze) za hidrolizu pulpe šećerne repe. Cilj ovog rada je odabrati optimalnu metodu obrade pule šećerne repe (PŠR) za proizvodnju bioetanola u poluindustrijskom i industrijskom mjerilu.
Abstract (english)
Sugar beet pulp does not contain enough fermentable sugars for biotechnological production of ethanol, therefor for biotechnological ethanol production pulp has to be pretreated. Pretreatment procedure was carried out by thermal, chemical and enzymatic hydrolysis. After selecting the pre-treatment procedure, optimized concentration of enzymes (cellulase, pectinase and protease) was chosen for bioethanol production . The aim of this study was selection of pretreatment metode for the hydrolysis of sugar beet pulp in the semi industrial and industrial scale.
