Abstract
Cilj rada je usporediti količinu ekstrahiranih steviol glikozida (steviozida i rebaudiozida) iz osušenog lišća biljke Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. Za ekstrakciju su korištene metoda ekstrakcije ultrazvukom visokog intenziteta i metoda ekstrakcije vodom u aparaturi po Soxhletu. Za analizu dobivenih ekstrakata primjenjena je metoda tekućinske kromatografije visoke djelotvornosti (HPLC). U istraživanju je ispitivana količina navedenih ekstrahiranih komponenti stevije iz 8 uzoraka tretiranih ultrazvukom i jednog uzorka tretiranog metodom po Soxhletu, pri čemu je kao otapalo korištena destilirana voda. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti da se veća količina steviozida i rebaudiozida dobije ekstrakcijom pomoću ultrazvuka nego metodom po Soxhletu.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this study was to compare the amount of extracted stevioside and rebaudioside from the dried leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. Extraction methods that were used for extracting are high-intensity ultrasound and the Soxhlet extraction method. Method for the analysis of the obtained extracts was high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In the study the quantity of extracted components of Stevia was examined from 8 sonicated samples and one sample treated according to Soxhlet method, wherein the solvent used was distilled water. Based on the results it can be concluded that more of stevioside and rebaudioside was obtained by extraction with ultrasound in regards to the method of Soxhlet.
