Abstract
Napredak u komunikacijskoj tehnologiji u zadnjim desetljećima doveo je do opremljenih mobilnih telefona s digitalnim fotoaparatima s internetskom povezanosti što omogućuje pristup podacima za dobivanje savjeta o prehrani i tjelesnoj aktivnosti iz udobnosti vlastitoga doma. Provedena je analiza prednosti i nedostataka sadržaja aplikacija: MyFitnessPal, MyNetDiary i Lifesum te njihova primjena u nutricionističkoj struci s ciljem primjene mobilnih aplikacija u nutricionističkoj praksi za reguliranje tjelesne mase i očuvanje zdravlja unosom optimalne količine hranjivih i zaštitnih tvari. Mobilne aplikacije za praćenje prehrambenog unosa mogu olakšati planiranje prehrane kod zdravih korisnika te povećati korisnikovu motivaciju za praćenje prehrambenog unosa. Veliki nedostatak analiziranih aplikacija u ovom radu je baziranje samo na energetskom unosu i energetskoj potrošnji te prema tome korisnik gubi, dobiva ili ostaje pri istoj tjelesnoj masi, ali ne prevenira kronične bolesti. Nutricionistička procjena zahtjeva individualan pristup kojeg može omogućiti samo nutricionist.
Abstract (english)
In last decades, the progress in communications technology has led to equipped mobile phones with internet-connected digital cameras that allow access to information on nutrition and physical activity tips from the comfort of your home. Analysis was conducted of the advantages and disadvantages of the applications - MyFitnessPal, MyNetDiary and Lifesum, and their application in nutritionist profession with a goal to apply mobile applications in nutritionist practice for body mass regulation and preservation of health by entering the optimal amount of nutrients and protective substances. Mobile application for food intake monitoring can ease nutrition planning for healthy users and increase customer motivation to track food intake. The great disadvantage of analysed applications in this paper is that they are based only on energy input and energy consumption and therefore the user loses, gain or stays at the same body mass, but does not prevent chronic illness. Nutritionist assessment requires an individual approach that can only be provided by a nutritionist.
