| Abstract | Utvrđivanje geografskog podrijetla vina je od velikog značaja za potrošače i proizvođače vina, budući da utječe na kriterije za definiranje kvalitete i cijene vina. Cilj ovog rada bio je proučiti odnos analiziranih mikro i makroelemenata, te omjera stabilnih izotopa ugljika odabranih hrvatskih vina s obzirom na njihovo zemljopisno podrijetlo. Analizirani uzorci potječu iz četiri podregije sa zaštićenim oznakama izvornosti (ZOI): Plešivica, Slavonija, Istra te Srednja i Južna Dalmacija. Mjerenja koncentracija odabranih elemenata (Al, As, B, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mo, Mn, Na, Pb, Rb, Sn, Sr, V i Zn) provedena su spektrometrijom optičke emisije induktivno spregnute plazme (ICP-OES), a mjerenje omjera stabilnih izotopa ugljika spektrometrijom masa omjera izotopa (IRMS). Rezultati su pokazali da je potrebno proširiti istraživanje na veći broj uzoraka vina i provesti statističku obradu rezultata analize, kako bi se pouzdano odredili odgovarajući regionalni deskriptori. |
| Abstract (english) | Determining the geographical origin of wine is of great importance to consumers and wine producers, as they affect the criteria for defining the quality and price of wine. The aim of this paper was to study the relationship between analyzed micro and macro elements and the ratio of stable isotopes of carbon of selected Croatian wines with regard to their geographical origin. The tested samples originate from four protected designations of origin (ZOI): Plešivica, Slavonia, Istria and Central and Southern Dalmatia. The measurements of the concentration of the selected elements (Al, As, B, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mo, Mn, Na, Pb, Rb) are made by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), and the measurement of the isotope ratio by mass spectrometry of the isotope ratio (IRMS). The results have shown that it is necessary to extend research to a greater number of wine samples and to carry out statistical analysis of the results in order to determine the appropriate regional descriptors. |
