Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je odrediti učinkovitost plazme JET i hibridne plazme na razgradnju fungicida. Otopine pesticida fenheksamida i pirimetanila su tretirane plazmom JET u vremenu od 15, 30 i 45 min i pri protoku argona od 40, 60 i 80 mL min-1. Otopina fungicida ciprodinila i fludioksonila tretirana je plazmom JET pri istim uvjetima, te u hibridnom reaktoru pri frekvencijama od 60, 90 i 120 Hz u vremenu od 10, 20 i 30 min. Provedena je i analiza otopina fungicida nakon tretmana, a čine ju: fizikalno-kemijski parametri (temperatura, pH i električna vodljivost), koncentracija radikalnih spojeva (vodikov peroksid, nitrati i nitriti), koncentracija preostalih fungicida (LC-MS/MS) te nastale kvalitativne strukturne promjene (NIR spektroskopija). Najveći postotak razgradnje pokazao se kod pirimetanila (97,4 %) nakon tretmana plazmom JET kroz 45 min, a otopina ciprodinila i fludioksonila najveći postotak razgradnje imala je nakon tretmana hibridnom plazmom kroz 30 min (79,1 %).
Abstract (english)
The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of plasma JET and hybrid plasma in decomposition of fungicides. Solutions of pesticides fenhexamid and pyrimethanil were treated with plasma JET for 15, 30 and 45 min at argon flow of 40, 60 and 80 mL min-1. The cyprodinil and fludioxonil solution were treated with JET plasma under the same condition and in the hybrid reactor at frequencies of 60, 90 and 120 Hz for 10, 20 and 30 min. A post-treatment analysis of the fungicide solutions was also performed: physicochemical parameters (temperature, pH and electrical conductivity), concentration of radical compounds, residual fungicide concentration (LC-MS/MS) and qualitative structural changes (NIR spectroscopy). The highest percentage of degradation was accomplished in pyrimethanil (97,4 %) after 45 min treatement with plasma JET. Further, best degradation results for solution of cyprodinil and fludioxonil were showed after 30 min treatement with hybrid plasma (79,1 %).
