Abstract
U ovom istraživanju analizirana je koncentracija teških metala (bakra, željeza i mangana) na drvnoj biomasi topole i smreke prije i nakon površinskog uzgoja micelija gljiva Formitopsispinico/a i Phanerochaete chłysosporium. Analiza metala provedena je korištenjem optičke emisijske spektrometrije s induktivno spregnutom plazmom (ICP-OES). Rezultati analize pokazali su utjecaj rasta micelija na promjenu koncentracije iona metala (željeza, bakra i mangana) na površini drva smreke i topole. Takoder, u radu su opisani razvoj i validacija ICP-OES metode mjerenja koncentracije metala željeza, bakra i mangana u supernatantima dobivenim ispiranjem površine dwa prije i nakon uzgoja micelija gljiva F. pinico/a i P. chrysosporium.
Abstract (english)
In this study, the concentration of heavy metals (copper, iron, and manganese) on the wood biomass of poplar and spruce was analyzed before and after surface cultivation of mycelium of the fungi Formitopsispinico/a and Phanerochaete chrysosporium. Metal analysis was performed using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). The results of the analysis showed the influence of mycelium growth on the change concentration of metal ions (iron, copper and manganese) on the surface of spruce and poplar wood. Also, the thesis describe the development and validation of the ICP-OES method of measuring the concentration of iron, copper and manganese metals in supernatants obtained by washing the surface of the wood before and after growing the mycelium of the fungus F. pinico/a and P. chrysosporium.
