Abstract
Matična mliječ predstavlja dragocjen pčelinji proizvod koji čuva zdravlje i vitalnost čovjeka. Poznata je po svojim mnogobrojnim blagodatnim djelovanjima na ljudski organizam kao i po složenom kemijskom sastavu iz kojeg se izdvaja nezasićena masna kiselina 10-hidroksi-2-decenska kiselina (10-HDA) koja do danas nije pronađena nigdje drugdje u prirodi, a sintetski ju nije moguće proizvesti. S obzirom da je 10-HDA specifična samo za matičnu mliječ smatra se glavnim parametrom kvalitete, svježine i autentičnosti matične mliječi. Za proizvodnju matične mliječi potrebne su jake pčelinje zajednice te je potrebno dobro poznavati zahtjevan i složen proces proizvodnje. Posjeduje visoku nutritivnu vrijednost i iznimnu biološku aktivnost zbog čega popularnost konzumacije ovog korisnog pčelinjeg proizvoda sve više raste. Njezino redovito konzumiranje doprinosi zdravlju, vitalnosti i dugovječnosti čovjeka i pomaže u liječenju brojnih zdravstvenih tegoba. Matična mliječ savršeno je izbalansirana hrana s visokovrijednim sastojcima , što ju čini pogodnim proizvodom za dodatak prehrani ljudi.
Abstract (english)
Royal jelly is a valuable bee product that preserves human health and vitality. It is known for its many beneficial effects on the human body as well as for the complex chemical composition from which the unsaturated fatty acid 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA) is extracted, which has not been found anywhere else in nature and cannot be produced synthetically. Since 10-HDA is specific only for royal jelly, it is considered to be the main parameter of quality, freshness, and authenticity of royal jelly. The production of royal jelly requires strong bee communities and it is necessary to know well the demanding and complex production process. It has a high nutritional value and exceptional biological activity which is why the popularity of consuming this useful bee product is growing. Its regular consumption contributes to the health, vitality and longevity of a person and helps in the treatment of many health problems. Royal jelly is a perfectly balanced food with high-quality ingredients, which makes it a suitable product for supplementing human nutrition.
