Abstract
Kreirani su on-line upitnici kojima se ispitalo zadovoljstvo nutricionista i korisnika nutricionističkih savjetovanja s ciljem utvrđivanja stavova te potencijalnih poboljšanja od strane nutricionista koje provode savjetovanje i od strane korisnika koji primaju uslugu. Svaki upitnik sadržavao je pitanja otvorenog i zatvorenog tipa te su sukladno tome korištene i metode u obradi odgovora. Primarno je korišten program SPSS. Kod pitanja otvorenog tipa primijenjena je faktorska analiza kako bi se odgovori grupirali i jasnije interpretirali rezultati. Rezultati ukazuju kako obje skupine ispitanika smatraju iznimno važnim umijeća verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije te važnosti znanja znanosti o prehrani jer omogućava jasnije stručno izražavanje i uspostavljanja povjerljivog i kvalitetnog odnosa s osobama koje imaju svoju medicinsku anamnezu (svega 25% korisnika nutricionističkih savjetovanja ne boluje niti od jedne bolesti). I korisnici i nutricionisti su mišljenja kako on-line savjetovanja imaju svoje prednosti i nedostatke, ali se prema ovom istraživanju, obje skupina ispitanika uspješno nose sa promjenama koje nosi digitalizacija.
Abstract (english)
Online questionnaires were created to examine the satisfaction of nutritionists and users of nutrition counseling in order to identify attitudes and potential improvements by nutritionists who provide counseling and by users who receive the service. Each questionnaire contained open-ended and closed-ended questions, and methods were used accordingly. The SPSS program was used primarily. For open-ended questions, factor analysis was applied to group the answers and interpret the results more clearly. The results indicate that both groups of respondents consider the skills of verbal and non-verbal communication and the importance of knowledge of nutrition science to be extremely important because it enables clearer professional expression and establishing a confidential and quality relationship with people with medical history (only 25% of nutrition counselors do not diseases). Both users and nutritionists are of the opinion that online counseling has its advantages and disadvantages, but according to this research, both groups of respondents are successfully coping with the changes brought about by digitalization.
