Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada bila je istražiti koliko su studenti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu zadovoljni kvalitetom hrane i usluge koje pružaju studentski restorani. Istraženo je i koliko često studenti posjećuju studentske restorane, smatraju li da im ponuđeni obroci osiguravaju pravilnu prehranu te su prikupljeni njihovi komentari i prijedlozi za cjelokupno unapređenje studentskih restorana. Istraživanje je provedeno putem anketnog upitnika u čijem je ispunjavanju sudjelovalo 144 studenata 26 fakulteta, od čega je 81,9 % bilo ženskog roda, a 18,1 % muškog roda. Rezultati su pokazali da više od pola studenata (60,4 %) konzumira ručak u studentskim restoranima te da je najveći dio ispitanika (36,8 %) ukupno zadovoljstvo studentskim restoranima ocjenilo visokom ocjenom „4“ iako smatraju da obroci koji im se nude ne osiguravaju pravilnu prehranu. Neki od prijedloga studenata su uvođenje hrane bez laktoze i glukoze, svježe cijeđenog voća, kartičnog plaćanja te osnivanje studentskih vrtova i plastenika.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis was to enquire the contentment of students on the University of Zagreb with the quality of meals and services provided by student restaurants. It was also researched how often students visit student restaurants and if they consider that offered meals ensure them a proper nutrition, also their comments and suggestions for the overall improvement of the student restaurants were collected. The research was conducted through a questionnaire in which 144 students from 26 faculties participated, from which 81.9 % were female and 18.1 % male. The results showed that more than half of students (60.4 %) eat lunch in student restaurants and that the majority of respondents (36.8 %) rated the overall satisfaction with student restaurants with a high grade of "4", although they believe that offered meals do not ensure proper diet. Some of the student’s suggestions are lactose and glucose-free food, freshly squeezed fruits, card payment and the establishment of student gardens and greenhouses.
