Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je bio optimizirati parametre procesa biološke obrade otpadnih voda te odrediti njihov utjecaj na odvijanje procesa pomoću metode odzivnih površina. Bioproces simultane nitrifikacije i denitrifikacije je proveden u horizontalnom rotirajućem cijevnom bioreaktoru (HRCB) s biofilmom mikroorganizma Paracoccus denitrificans. Podaci dobiveni eksperimentom su obrađivani statističkim metodama linearne regresije i višesmjerne analize varijance. Utvrđene su kritične vrijednosti za brzinu protoka hranjive podloge (0,6 L/h) te brzinu rotacije bioreaktora (16,9 min-1). Na temelju provedenog istraživanja može se zaključiti da statistički najznačajniji utjecaj na proces simultane nitrifikacije i denitrifikacije ima brzina protoka hranjive podloge.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this final work was to optimize the process parameters in biological waste water treatment and to asses their effect on the bioprocess by using response surface methodology. The bioprocess of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification was conducted in a horizontal rotating tubular bioreactor (HRTB) with a biofilm of Paracoccus denitrificans. The experimental data was analysed by using the statistical methods of linear regression and multi factor analysis of variance.Critical values for medium inflow rate (0,6L/h) and bioreactor rotation speed (16,9 min-1) were determined. Based on the results of this work it can be concluded that medium inflow speed has the most statistically significant effect on the bioprocess of simultaneous nitrification and dentrification.
