Abstract | Istražen je proces nitrifikacije 40±3 mg NH4-N/L provođenjem nitritacije i nitratacije. Pokusi su provedeni pri pH 7,2-7,3 i DO>1 mg O2/L i pri pH 7,9-8,0 i DO>1 mg O2/L kao i pri pH 7,9-8,0 i DO < 1 mg O2/L, sa aktivnim muljem i sintetskom otpadnom vodom, pri temperaturi 25±5 oC. Pri pH 7,2-7,3 i pri pH 7,9-8,0 i DO>1 mg O2/L provedena je potpuna nitrifikacija. Brzina oksidacije amonijaka iznosila je 18,5 mg NH4-N/Lh uz prevođenje amonijaka tijekom oksidacije u 75,9% NO3-N i 21,6% NO2-N (pri pH 7,2-7,3 i DO>1 mg O2/L), odnosno 20,8 mg NH4-N/Lh uz prevođenje amonijaka tijekom oksidacije u 55,8% NO3-N i 37,9% NO2-N (pri pH 7,9-8,0 i DO>1 mg O2/L). Pri tome je brzina nitritacije iznosila 11,7 mg/Lh pri pH 7,2-7,3 i DO > 1 mg O2/L, odnosno 10,4 mg/Lh pri pH 7,9-8,0 i DO > 1 mg O2/L. Nitritacija je provedena pri pH 7,9-8,0 i DO<1 mg O2/L uz brzinu oksidacije amonijaka od 10,2 mg NH4-N/Lh . |
Abstract (english) | The process of nitrification 40±3 mg NH4-N/L was investigated by using nitritation and nitatation. Experiments were conducted at pH 7,2-7,3 and DO>1 mg O2/L, at pH 7,9-8,0 and DO>1 mg O2/L and at pH 7,9-8,0 and DO<1 mg O2/L, using active sludge and synthetic wastewater, at temperature of 25±5oC. At pH 7,2-7,3 and at pH 7,9-8,0 and DO>1 mg O2/L, a total nitrification occured. The rate of ammonium oxidation was 18,5 mg NH4-N/Lh, with ammonium conversion during the oxidation to 75,9% NO3-N and 21,6% NO2-N (at pH 7,2-7,3 and DO>1 mg O2/L). The rate of ammonium oxidation was 20,8 mg NH4-N/Lh with ammonium conversion during the oxidation to 55,8% NO3-N and 37,9% NO2-N (at pH 7,9-8,0 and DO>1 mg O2/L). The rate of nitritation was 11,7 mg/Lh and 10,4 mg/Lh, respectively. Nitritation was conducted at pH 7,9-8,0 and DO<1 mg O2/L with the ammonium oxidation rate of 10,2 mg NH4-N/Lh . |
