Abstract
Multipla skleroza je kronična demijelinizacijska bolest. Liječenje multiple skleroze ne obuhvaća posebnu dijetu zbog nedostatka informacija o utjecaju prehrane na sam tijek bolesti. Dokazano je da neki nutrijenti imaju veliki utjecaj na naš imunosni sustav. Dosadašnja istraživanja pokazuju da vitamin D, masne kiseline i polifenoli mogu imati utjecaj na tijek bolesti u smislu poboljšanja kvalitete života oboljelih te usporavanja napretka bolesti. U ovom završnom radu sakupljene su informacije o dosadašnjim istraživanjima utjecaja nutrijenta na samu bolest.
Abstract (english)
Multiple sclerosis is chronic demiyelinating disease. Therapy does not involve particular diet because of lack of information on the effects of nutrition on disease. Some nutrients have great impact on metabolism and immune system. It is suggested that vitamin D, fatty acids and polyphenols can contribute to slower progression and contribute to wellness of MS patients. In this final work are gatherd resarches about diet impact on MS.
