Abstract
Poboljšani biološki proces uklanjanja fosfata, skraćeno EBPR proces jedan je od važnijih procesa u obradi otpadnih voda. Glavni mikroorganizmi koji sudjeluju u procesu su: PAO (fosfat akumulirajući organizmi), GAO (glikogen akumulirajući organizmi) i DPAO (denitrficirajući fosfat akumulirajući organizmi) zbog kojih se uz uklanjanje fosfata može vršiti i postupak denitrifikacije. Postoje različite izvedbe EBPR procesa upravo s obzirom na položaj denitrifikacije, a osnovna podjela je na dvije grupe: pred- i post-denitrificirajuće EBPR procese. Jedan od važnijih čimbenika uspješnosti procesa je odnos između mikoroganizama tijekom procesa kao i smanjenje utjecaja inhibitora.
Abstract (english)
Enhanced biological phosphate removal, short EBPR process is one of the most important processes in wastewater treatment. The main microorganisms involved in the process are: PAO (phosphate accumulating organisms), GAO (glycogen accumulating organisms) and DPAO (denitrifying phosphate accumulating organisms) due to which the process of denitrification can be done alongside with the removal of phosphate. There are different versions of EBPR process due to the position of denitrification, and can be divided in two groups: pre- and post-denitrifying EBPR processes. One of the important factors for the success of the process is the relationship between microorganisms during the process as well as reducing the impact of inhibitors.
