Abstract
Ferocenski peptidi i peptidomimetici zauzimaju vrlo značajno mjesto u bioorganometalnoj kemiji, a posebno pri dizajniranju molekula s potencijalnom biološkom aktivnošću. Imajući na umu navedena svojstva pripravili smo ferocenske monoureidopeptide i C2-simetrične bisureidopeptide koji imaju ugrađenu alaninsku i fenilalaninsku podjedinicu, te odgovarajuće kiselinske derivate. Pripravljenim i pročišćenim spojevima kemijsku strukturu smo potvrdili primjenom IR i NMR spektroskopije. Sintetizirani spojevi koristiti će se kao kiralni katalizatori u reakcijama katalitičkog hidrogeniranja.
Abstract (english)
Ferrocene peptides and peptidomimetics plays a significant role in bioorganometallic chemistry, especially design of biologically active compounds. Considering the aforementioned characteristics we prepared ferrocene monoureidopeptides, C2-symmetric bisureidopeptides and acid derivatives respectively containing alanine and phenylalanine subunit. All prepared compounds were purified and fully characterized using IR- and NMR- spectroscopy. Prepared compounds will futher be used in reaction of catalytic hydrogenation as chiral catalyst.
