Abstract
U ovom radu istražena je nitrifikacija uz različito organsko opterećenje za rasponu KPK/N od 0,6 do 2,3, pri čemu je omjer KPK/NH4-N od 1,3 do 5. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata zaključili smo da mikrobna kultura aktivnog mulja ima dobru aktivnost za proces nitrifikacije pri početnim vrijednostima NH4-N od 30 mg do 70 mg NH4-N/L. Slične brzine nitrifikacije su postignute pri omjerima KPK/N 0,6 i 0,7 te iznose 16 mg NH4-Nuklonjenog/L,h odnosno 18,5 mg NH4-Nuklonjenog/L,h. U nitrifikaciji pri... More KPK/N 1,4; 1,7 i 1,8 postignute su slične brzine nitrifikacije i iznose 21,5 mg NH4-Nuklonjenog/L,h; 20,7 mg NH4-Nuklonjenog/L,h odnosno 23,3 mg NH4-Nuklonjenog/L,h. U pokusu uz omjer KPK/N 2,3 brzina nitrifikacije iznosi 27 mg NH4-Nuklonjenog/L,h. Najveća brzina nitrifikacije postignuta je u pokusu uz omjer KPK/N 2,2 i iznosi 30 mg NH4-Nuklonjenog/L,h. Abstract (english)
In the present study we examined nitrification with different organic loading in the range COD/N from 0.6 to 2.3, and for the range COD/NH4-N from 1.3 to 5. Based on the obtained results we have concluded that the activated sludge had good activity for the process of nitrification at initial values NH4-N from 30 mg to 70 mg NH4-N/L.
