Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je sinteza i konformacijska analiza biokonjugata 1-3 izvedenih iz ferocen-1,1’-diamina i prirodnih aminokiselina (Leu, Phe i Val). Pripravljeni spojevi podvrgnuti su strukturnoj analizi primjenom IR- i -NMR spektroskopije s ciljem utvrđivanja njihovih konformacijskih svojstava. Dobiveni spektroskopski podaci za biokonjugate 1-3 uspoređeni su s eksperimentalnim vrijednostima ranije opisanog alaninskog analoga. Pokazalo se da razgranati bočni ogranci u ispitivanim peptidima donekle ometaju tvorbu unakrsnih vodikovih veza te da se peptidi 1-3 mogu stabilizirati i unutarlančanim vodikovim vezama za razliku od spomenutog alaninskog analoga.
Abstract (english)
This work describes the synthesis and conformational analysis of bioconjugates 1-3 derived from ferrocene-1-1’-diamine and natural amino acids (Leu, Phe, Val). The prepared compounds were subjected to structural analysis by using IR and NMR spectroscopy in order to determine their conformational properties. The obtained spectral data were compared to those of the previously described alanine analogue. It was shown that the branched side chains of the herein described peptides make the formation of the crossed intramolecular hydrogen bonds somewhat difficult. As opposed to their alanine analogue, peptides 1-3 are additionally stabilized through intrachain hydrogen bonds.
